Oak Flooring

One of the most popular oak products that we offer here at Border Hardwood is our famous oak flooring! We sell to the public and private commercial clients who enjoy the high quality of a French oak floor. An oak floor is an investment in a property enhancing its value and appeal. Whether it is a private home, office or public building, fitting an oak floor adds character and durability. Solid oak flooring is made from kiln dried oak and traditionally in a charming character grade, however, if your preference is prime then we can manufacture to your specifications. We offer tongue and grooved boards or square-shouldered and can provide end matched boards if required. Usual thickness is between 18 – 25mm.

Our engineered oak flooring is hugely versatile. Available as a finished board (e.g. brushed and oiled) or unfinished board (enabling you to choose your treatment or finish), we only provide flooring with a healthy ware layer ensuring your floor stands the test of time and can cope with anything you at it, literally!
