At Border Hardwood, we are a full service Oak Timber Merchant.

With our own milling services on-site, we can cut timber in-house to supplied specifications, and our planing and moulding machines allow us to produce precise profiles to order. We dry and grade our own timber, and can advise and supply wood care products to meet our customers’ needs and application.

Cutting Oak

Milling & Sawn-to-Size

Having our own milling facilities on site at our depot in Wem, Shropshire allows us to fine-tune our products.

Many of our customers order sawn to size. We receive a specific cutting specification via email or on our online shop, and our team of skilled, dedicated sawyers will produce as per the ordered grade.

As we cut in-house this gives us the flexibility of being able to reduce our availability on orders to within 24 hours from time of order.
